Echo Grove's Public Health Response To COVID-19 & New 0% Interaction Initiative

To our Echo Grove family,
Our primary focus during these unprecedented times is the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and service providers. As we continue to monitor the situation closely, we are taking actions and precautions throughout our entire business.
We are following the governments 'Social Distancing' guidelines with three effective initiatives in place.
1 - By keeping a 2m proximity with our customers whilst conversing with them.
2 - To assist in this we are offering a 'Private Viewing By Appointment' service and are encouraging our customers to take advantage of this opportunity. Our private appointments will be conducted individually with one of our knowledgeable staff members to provide a safe, healthy and exceptional shopping experience.
3 - We are also offering a 'Live Video Consultation' service for our customers who would prefer not to visit us in store for a private appointment. Below you will find further details on how to schedule a 'Live Video Consultation' with one of our experienced staff members.
These are based on recommendations from the Australian government and the World Health Organisation. Over the coming weeks we will continue to monitor the situation closely and act quickly on the advice of health authorities.
Echo Grove understands the importance of doing what we can to provide a safe environment for customers, co-workers and service providers visiting our store in order to help limit the spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19.

Our 0% Interaction Initiative
Live Video Consultation Service
We do understand that within our industry it does make a difference being able to see in person the products you are purchasing.
To assist in assuring our customers confidence and satisfaction, we will be providing an additional communication method as a direct video service during this period.
To achieve this we will schedule a suitable time with one of our experienced staff members to provide a live video consultation for serious purchasing requests.
We will then start a video chat utilising our customers preferred video chat application and guide them through their product enquiries and purchase, exactly as we would do in store under normal circumstances.
In this manner we are able to showcase the products under enquiry in more detail and answer specific questions in real time all whilst allowing our customers to do so in comfort of their own space.
