We will advise your preferred service provider based on your location that best meets the consignments transport service requirements and practice standards.
Delivery charges are based on general industry freight rates in reflection of the service level provided in conjunction with the delivery location, and, in some cases may require formal quotation. Charges are typically calculated according to postcode vs consignment volume. In some specific cases, there may be additional delivery personnel or professional moving equipment required on-site to perform the delivery safely and successfully, these deliveries will be quoted specifically as they occur case by case.
Our online shipping calculator is available for your convenience and typically provides accurate delivery estimates, however, given the range of our product lines these estimates can sometimes be higher or lower than the actual delivery charge. Should you feel a delivery estimation is higher or lower than expected, please contact an Echo Grove representative to retrieve a formal delivery quote. Echo Grove reserves the right to revise and update any delivery charge generated online.
Delivery times may be given at the time of purchase based on the service providers current availability. As our deliveries are carried out by our preferred third-party logistics and professional furniture handling delivery service providers, regarding interstate deliveries, we are not always able to provide the exact day/time of delivery or provide instant updates, we are always happy to assist however and can request an update on your behalf.
If the product is out of stock, you will be requested to place a backorder and individual delivery times will be quoted. Please be aware that any quoted back-order delivery times are advised estimations based on the information available at that time and may potentially vary.
Delivery times for most back-order items: 6-8weeks.
Products in stock can expect the following delivery turnaround from the date of dispatch from our warehouse: Qld 4-7 days, NSW-Vic 7-10 days unless contacted and informed via email or phone by an Echo Grove representative of transport delays in shipping time. Deliveries are collected on Thursdays (Qld) and Fridays (NSW/Vic) unless specified by an Echo Grove representative.
For smaller Parcel items; deliveries will be via a general courier service at the discretion of the client. Echo Grove assumes no responsibility for any damages or delays if an item is carried via a general courier service.
